Just as social media is powerful for our customers, it offers tremendous power to sales people who know how to leverage the power.  Listening makes them better informed and prepared, engaging with customers--earlier in the process, helping them shape the questions, issues, and frame the solutions they are considering is the real gold.  Some sales professionals are just &quot;getting&quot; this.  Those that do, will consistently win and will transform their relationships with customers.
